Erickson Coaching International
1980年、カナダ・バンクーバーで創立。「一つひとつの対話から、世界を変える。」をミッションに、世界75,000人以上の卒業生と125か国のコーチ・ネットワークを持つ、世界で最もグローバルなコーチング・スクールのひとつです。2024年には、国際コーチング連盟（ICF）よりCoach Education Impact Awardを受賞しました。
Founded in Vancouver in 1980, Erickson Coaching International has trained more than 75,000 graduates, with coaches in 125 countries. In 2024, Erickson received the ICF Coach Education Impact Award.
Ericksonの名前の由来
ミルトン・エリクソン
「人は過去を変えるためではなく、未来を変えるためにセラピーに来るのです。」― ミルトン・エリクソン
ミルトン・H・エリクソン（1901–1980）は、現代の心理療法に大きな影響を与えたアメリカの精神科医です。「すべての行動には肯定的な無意識の意図があり、尊重されるべきである」という彼の前提は、心理療法の世界に根本的なパラダイムシフトをもたらしました。人はどのように変化し、癒されていくのか。エリクソンらの研究から、NLP（神経言語プログラミング）とSolution-Focused（解決志向）アプローチが生まれ、今日のEricksonコーチングの土台となっています。
Milton H. Erickson (1901–1980) was an American psychiatrist whose belief that all behavior has a positive intent, and must be respected, shifted the paradigm of modern psychotherapy. His work helped give rise to NLP and the Solution-Focused approach at the heart of Erickson coaching today.

マリリン・アトキンソン博士
臨床心理学者・産業心理学者であるマリリン・アトキンソン博士は、ミルトン・エリクソンの解決志向でメタファーを活かしたマインドセットに深く共感し、その名を冠して1980年、カナダ・バンクーバーでErickson Coaching Internationalを創立しました。
エリクソンの手法と脳科学の知見をもとに「4 Quadrant Solution-Focused Coaching」や「Outcome-Oriented Coaching」モデルを生み出し、世界中の個人、チーム、企業に影響を与えてきました。40年以上にわたり世界各地でトレーニングとコーチングを行い、8冊の著書は8か国語に翻訳されています。
Dr. Marilyn Atkinson founded Erickson Coaching International in Vancouver in 1980, naming it after Milton Erickson. She created the 4 Quadrant Solution-Focused Coaching model, has trained coaches around the world for more than four decades, and has written eight books translated into eight languages.

はじめまして、コーチ・デビーです。
Erickson Coachingとの出会いは、私の人生を変えました。そして、この学びを生まれ故郷である日本に届けることに力を注ぐと決めました。
アメリカ人の両親のもと東京で生まれ、最初の25年間を日本で過ごしました。東京の街のにぎわい、各地のお祭り、日本中の友人たちとの時間。日本語と日本の文化は、私の原点です。
その後40年以上、アメリカをはじめとする異文化の間に立ち、人・アイデア・組織をつなぐ仕事を続けてきました。コミュニケーション戦略、コーチング、マルチメディア制作、執筆やリサーチ、そして事業開発と、仕事の形はさまざまですが、その根底には常に、起業家的な視点で組織やプロジェクトをデザインするという姿勢があります。東京の会議室から、ダブリン近郊のHPの製造拠点、カンヌの映画関連カンファレンス、スペイン・サンクガットのハイテク拠点、カナダの奥地の製材工場まで、さまざまな現場で交渉に立ち会い、課題を解決し、パートナーシップを育ててきました。多国籍ビジネスの現場で培った経験と、起業家のマインドセットへの深い理解。それが、人と人とのつながりをより深く、意味のあるものにする私の力です。
2026年、Erickson Accredited Coach（Erickson認定コーチ）として、Erickson Coaching Internationalから日本のビジネス・エージェントに選ばれました。日本を心から愛しているからこそ、ビジネスの世界でも国際外交の舞台でも、日本のリーダーシップがさらに力を発揮していくことを願っています。
現在はGrant Global Coaching & Consultingの代表として、AI時代の変化に向き合うリーダーやチームのコーチングを行いながら、ポッドキャスト「Being Human in the Age of AI – The Coaching Lens」を制作・配信しています。国際基督教大学（ICU）で日本語学・言語学を学び、プリンストン大学大学院で東アジア研究（日本文学・日本史）を専攻しました。
Hi, I'm Coach Debbie.
Discovering Erickson Coaching changed my life, and I decided to devote my efforts to bringing it to Japan, the country of my birth.
I was born in Tokyo to American parents and spent my first 25 years in Japan: the busy streets of Tokyo, festivals, visits with friends all across the islands. Japanese language and culture are where I come from.
For more than 40 years since, I've worked between cultures, especially Japan and the U.S., connecting people, ideas and organizations. That work has taken many forms: communications strategy, coaching, multimedia production, writing and research, and business development. What runs through all of it is an entrepreneurial approach to designing organizations and projects. It has taken me from Tokyo boardrooms to HP's manufacturing facilities near Dublin, film conferences in Cannes, tech hubs in Sant Cugat, Spain, and a lumber mill in the remote Canadian wilderness, facilitating negotiations, solving complex problems and building partnerships. My experience in multinational business, together with a deep understanding of the entrepreneurial mindset, lets me make connections between people that go deeper and mean more.
In 2026, as an Erickson Accredited Coach, I was selected by Erickson Coaching International as its business agent for Japan. I love Japan, and I care about the quality of its leadership, in business and on the stage of global diplomacy.
Today I lead Grant Global Coaching & Consulting, coaching leaders and teams through AI-driven change, and I produce and host the podcast "Being Human in the Age of AI – The Coaching Lens." I studied Japanese language and linguistics at International Christian University (ICU) and East Asian Studies (Japanese literature and history) in Princeton's Ph.D. program.

ICF認定 PCC（Professional Certified Coach）／Erickson認定プロフェッショナルコーチ（ECPC）／MBA
はじめまして、コーチ・ユウです。
企業で30年以上の経験を積みながら、すっかりコーチングの魅力にはまってきました。Erickson Coaching Internationalで「The Art & Science of Coaching」Level 2を修了してErickson認定プロフェッショナルコーチ（ECPC）に。そして2026年10月、ICFの認定試験に合格し、PCC（Professional Certified Coach）の資格を取得しました。
資格はもちろん嬉しいのですが、それ以上に大きかったのは、コーチングへの理解が深まり、コーチとして成長できたこと。メンター、仲間のコーチ、そして信頼して話をしてくださったクライアントの皆さんに、心から感謝しています。一つひとつの対話が、「聴くこと」「好奇心」、そして相手が自分の可能性に気づける「場」をつくることの大切さを教えてくれました。
自分自身がEricksonで学んだからこそ、この学びを日本のコーチやリーダーの皆さんに届けたい。東京ではICFの活動にも参加しています。学びに終わりはありません。ここからがスタートです！
Hi, I'm Coach Yu.
I bring more than 30 years of corporate experience, and a real love of coaching. I completed Erickson's The Art & Science of Coaching Level 2 to become an Erickson Certified Professional Coach, and in October 2026 I passed the ICF exam and earned my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.
The credentials are great, but what's meant the most is how much this journey has deepened my coaching. I'm grateful to my mentors, my fellow coaches and every client who has trusted me with their story. Each conversation has taught me something about the power of listening, curiosity and giving people space to discover their own possibilities.
Having learned the Erickson way myself, I'm excited to share it with coaches and leaders in Japan, and I'm active in the ICF community in Tokyo too. The learning never stops, and this is just the beginning!
